We will be setting dates, location and formats of our Summer programs soon. Some programs will be run in Newcastle, near Dungog and near the Watagans – Stay tuned….

During a Wildcraft Camp, children (4 years and up) are immersed in the wild from 9am-3pm in the care of our guides who provide a different set of nature-based activities each day.

The children can come for  one, two or all days.
We provide activities and care for the children during the day.  These camps are a great opportunity for families to have a camping holiday, allowing for a wonderful wild time for the whole family.

Each day is filled with fun, games, walks, bush skills and hands-on outdoor activities. Parents/Guardians may join in as they wish. Besides being an enjoyable day out, our programs give children an opportunity to connect to their environment and build self-reliance, confidence, teamwork skills, physical abilities and learn some new and interesting skills. Safety is our focus and we aim to provide all those who attend with a worthwhile experience.

Wildcraft, led by our awesome, knowledgeable facilitators was so special – we loved the practical bush and survival skills, the playfulness and games especially eagle eye, the sharing of wisdom, insights and ourselves, the feeling of community, support and groundedness from being together in nature and seeing our kids have such great adventures. We would highly recommend Wildcraft camps and hope to return again soon! Thank you!!

Thanks Wildcraft – for all the great adventures you led us on we enjoyed every moment, the rock hoping, river crossings, spear throwing and all the great games. It was incredibly nurturing to forage, play and get creative in such an awesome environment. Thanks for everything we’ll be back for sure.

  4. Rated 5 out of 5

Thanks for a wonderful experience for our whole family! The depth of knowledge and experience of the facilitators and their flexibility made the days flow easily. There was heaps to learn and do with the balance of the opportunity to just ‘be’ in nature. I loved the ‘bridge of silence’ and was amazed that a group of 20 with children as young as 3 could spent some time in silence together. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back!
