Experience: In this weekend workshop, we will be weaving in an outdoor setting with all natural materials, many of which we will collect and prepare ourselves. The venue also has a large covered area and indoor crafting space if required. We will teach both the Yolŋu twining and coil style, as well as explore the 56 acre property to wander and collect weaving needs, and show you how to prepare some less usual materials. There will be ample opportunities to take a break from your weaving and go for a bushwalk or rest as you need.
